Jay Ashapura Precision Metals.
Established in 2004 on a family manufacturing legacy that goes back to 1971, Jay Ashapura Precision Metals Pvt. Ltd. produces precision custom metal components from a 20,000 sq ft facility in GIDC Phase III, Jamnagar, Gujarat.
The company builds to print across brass, stainless steel, copper, aluminium and engineering alloys, running Swiss-type sliding head, CNC turning, automatic Traub, forging and stamping equipment, with plating, finishing, laser marking and leak testing handled in house.
Quality is not bolted on at the end. The plant operates ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 certified systems audited by TÜV SÜD, with an integrated framework built on Lean Six Sigma and the five core automotive tools.
