Capabilities

Manufacturing Capabilities

Precision turning, forming and finishing across four core metals, in a 20,000 sq ft facility running Swiss-type sliding head, CNC and automatic Traub machines. Send a drawing and it gets quoted against real capacity.

Production envelope

The standard working range. Parts outside these limits are quoted on review of the drawing.

Ø2–200mm Diameter range From miniature turned pins through to substantial machined bodies.
4–150mm Length range Short-run inserts and terminals through to long turned shafts.
±0.02mm Tolerance & above Tighter tolerances quoted against the drawing and the feature.
20,000sq ft Facility Machining, finishing, inspection and dispatch under one roof.

Machining

The machines behind the parts.

Turning capacity built for volume and repeatability, with dedicated stations for marking and leak testing so parts leave the floor finished and verified.

  • Swiss-type sliding head machines, Japanese-built, for small-diameter high-precision turning
  • CNC turning machines for repeatable production runs
  • Automatic Traub machines for high-volume turned parts
  • Hand Thada machines for specialist and low-volume work
  • Second operation machines for drilling, milling and tapping
  • Laser marking for part numbers, logos and traceability
  • Dedicated leakage testing and specialized operations

Forging and sheet metal stamping run alongside the turning floor, so formed and machined features can be combined in a single part without an outside operation.

The facility

20,000 sq ft, built for precision work.

Production, inspection, marking and packing run in one facility in Jamnagar, Gujarat, under ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 certified systems. Inspection happens at incoming, in-process and final stages with calibrated, traceable instruments.

Because machining and finishing sit under one roof, a part does not leave the quality system between operations. That is what keeps tolerances and finishes consistent across repeat production.

Frequently asked questions

Capability questions, answered.

Size limits, processes, materials and finishing.

What size range can be machined?

Diameters from 2 mm to 200 mm and lengths from 4 mm to 150 mm, at tolerances of plus or minus 0.02 mm and above. Tighter tolerances are quoted on review of the drawing.

What machining processes are available?

Swiss-type sliding head machines, CNC turning, automatic Traub, hand Thada, second operation machines for drilling, milling and tapping, laser marking and dedicated leakage testing. Forging and sheet metal stamping are also available in house.

Which materials can be machined?

Brass in all common grades including C36000, CZ121, CuZn39Pb3, CW614N, eco and low-lead brass and IS 319. Also stainless steel SS304, SS316, SS202 and SS303, copper C11000 ETP and C10100 oxygen-free, aluminium 6061, 6082 and 6063, plus mild steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, phosphor bronze and gunmetal.

What surface finishes and platings are offered?

Electroplating in nickel, chrome, tin, zinc, silver and gold, plus electroless and RoHS nickel. Coatings include GEOMET 321 and 720, ZINTEK 300 HP, trivalent zinc and zinc-nickel. Mechanical finishes cover buffing, polishing, satin brushing, grinding, blasting, vibratory and barrel finishing, with passivation, blackening, bright dipping and anti-tarnish treatments.

Is laser marking available for traceability?

Yes. Dedicated laser marking equipment applies part numbers, logos, lot codes and traceability markings as part of the production process.

Can parts be produced to a customer drawing?

Yes. Nearly all work is build to print. Send a drawing, CAD file or a sample with the material, finish and quantity, and it is quoted against the drawing rather than a catalogue equivalent.
