Before you write
Quick answers.
How fast will I hear back?
Usually within one business day. Enquiries are handled from Texas during U.S. Central Time hours, so you are not waiting overnight for a reply from another time zone.
Can I send a CAD file or drawing?
Yes, and it is the fastest way to get an accurate quote. Email drawings or CAD files, in PDF, STEP, IGES or DWG, to info@kedarhub.com. The form on this page does not take attachments.
What if I do not have a drawing?
Send a sample or a clear description with the key dimensions, the material and what the part does. Reverse engineering from a physical sample is routine, and a drawing can be produced for your approval before anything is made.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the part and any tooling required. Prototypes and low-volume runs are quoted alongside production quantities, so send your expected volumes and the most economical route will be recommended.
What shipping terms apply?
Orders are quoted FOB Indian port. You are importer of record and control freight, clearance and duties through your own broker or forwarder. Export documentation, packing lists and certificates of origin are issued with every shipment.
Will my drawings be kept confidential?
Yes. Drawings and specifications are shared only with the manufacturing partner for the purpose of quoting and producing your parts. If your company requires an NDA in place first, send it across and we will review it.
