Custom & OEM Components
If you can draw it, it can be made. Build-to-print manufacturing from your drawing, CAD file or a physical sample, in brass, stainless steel, copper, aluminium and engineering alloys. From a single prototype through to high-volume production on special-purpose machines.

Custom & OEM FAQ
Questions, answered.
Do I need a drawing to get a quote?
A drawing or CAD file is fastest, but a physical sample works too. We will reverse-engineer the dimensions, confirm the material and finish, and come back with a quote.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the part and any tooling required. Prototype runs through to high-volume production are all handled, so send the requirement and we will advise the most cost-effective quantity.
What does build-to-print brass manufacturing mean?
You provide the drawing or CAD and we manufacture the brass part exactly to it, you own the design, we own the production, quality and delivery. No design changes are made without your approval.
Can you reverse-engineer a brass part from a sample?
Yes. Send a physical sample and we'll measure it, produce a drawing for your approval, and manufacture matching parts in the correct brass grade and finish.
Do you handle both prototypes and high-volume production?
Yes. We support single prototypes, low-volume batches and high-volume runs on special-purpose machines, quoting the most cost-effective route for your quantity.
Can you manufacture obsolete or legacy brass parts?
Yes. If a part is no longer available, send a sample or old drawing and we'll remanufacture it to match, keeping your equipment or product line running.
Do you offer contract manufacturing and sub-assemblies?
Yes. We provide ongoing contract manufacturing for OEM programs, including sub-assemblies with seals, fasteners and other components fitted, delivered on schedule to your U.S. facility.
